儒林外史第五回读后感分享

　　《儒林外史》第五回：王秀才议立偏房严监生疾终正寝
　　本文主要讲了严贡生胞弟严监生的大妻王氏卧病不起，次妻赵氏精心侍奉。一日王氏对赵氏说：我若死了，就把你扶正做个填房，赵氏听了忙把严监生请来，把奶奶的话说了。第二天严监生叫二位舅爷来说定了，并要趁王氏眼见让他俩同拜天地。
　　严监生积劳成疾，中秋以后，一连三天不能说话，晚间挤一屋人，桌上点盏灯，严监生把手从被子里拿出来，伸着两个指头，众人迷惑不解，只有赵氏心里明白。严监生临死前伸着两只手指头不断摇晃，众人询问他想说啥，最后由赵氏掐掉了一茎灯草，严监生才断气。从此表现出严监生生性吝啬，爱财如命。
　　这篇文章写严监生的爱财如命表现在严监生喉咙的痰响成得一进一出，一声不倒一声的，总不断气。却一直伸出两只手指来，使得众人不得其解，最后还是由赵氏揭开了谜底，原来多烧一茎灯草，竟会使一个行将就木的人耿耿于怀，放不下心，难以断气，这活生生的看似夸张，却是写实的描写，把一个吝啬鬼的形象刻画的入木三分，令人留下了深刻的印象。
　　生活中我们虽然要厉行节约，不随便浪费的好习惯，但是也不能过分地吝啬，而要量力而行，合理消费。我们不能活得太过吝啬，对别人也要慷慨大方。
